Advances in biomass gasification

Influence of Feedstock, Temperature and Carrier Gas on Product Gas Composition in Indirect Gasification for Flexible Production of SNG and DME

Short Introductive summary

In the present work three different waste streams were tested as feedstocks in the lab-scale indirect gasifier (up to 5 kg/h) with steam at different temperatures. The product gas composition is mapped including the presence of contaminants such as H2S, NH3, HCN and HCl. The mass balances of the system will be presented in terms of carbon yield based on the total carbon input from the feedstock.
