Short Introductive summary

Sureewan Sittijunda received her B.Sc. in Biotechnology with second-class honors from Khon Kaen University, Khon Kaen, Thailand, in 2005. In 2007, she received her M.Sc in Environmental Management from Chulalongkorn University. Then in 2012, she received Ph.D. in Biotechnology from Khon Kaen University. In research, she developed her research interest in environmental biotechnology, a specialist in bioenergy, and biochemical products, which focused on using industrial wastes and lignocellulosic biomass for bioenergy and biochemical production towards zero waste discharge. Moreover, a bioremediation field related to her master’s thesis is also developed. She has 48 papers published in SCOPUS with an h-index and total citations of 19 and 751, respectively.

Dr.Sittijunda is expert on biofuel and biochemical products production from low cost feedstock especially waste stream from industrial and agricultural sectors.
