Influence of Iron-Enriched Bed Materials on Fast Pyrolysis of Sugarcane Bagasse Insights from Bio-Oil Properties

Short Introductive summary

The aim of this study was to evaluate the influence of catalytic and oxidative conditions on the fast pyrolysis of sugarcane bagasse, focusing on bio-oil yield and quality. Five operational modes were investigated: conventional (N2), catalytic (iron-residue bed), oxidative (5% and 10% O2), and catalytic–oxidative (5% O2).
